Black Bean Burger

INGREDIENTS

3/4ths cup of cooked quinoa

One 15 oz can of black beans drained and rinsed

3 oz bbq sauce

1/3rd cup whole wheat breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS

Mash beans. Combine with all other ingredients. Make into patties. Should make around five patties depending on size. Can also be made into sliders.

Cook in a skillet for about four minutes per side until hot and sticking together. Heat on skillet on medium low.
